DIGITALBegin from Within: Module 5 - Learning Agility
Effective leaders do more than share information—they understand how people respond when learning feels new, uncertain, or challenging. In this thought-provoking module, participants explore learning agility: the ability to adapt, remain curious, and apply new insights in changing circumstances.
Using the SCARF model, reflection activities, and practical leadership tools, learners examine how threat and reward responses, assumptions, habits, and cognitive dissonance can either support or interfere with learning. Participants build the awareness and language needed to recognize their own reactions, respond more effectively to the needs of others, and create the psychological safety that helps people learn, grow, and contribute at their best.
